War for Talent in Ukraine
In partnership with the German Marshall Fund of the United States, we explored the future of education and talent in Ukraine—a cornerstone of the country’s long-term recovery and reinvention.
The result is a 92-page research report, War for Talent, built on insights from 50 expert roundtable participants, 20 in-depth interviews, and a national survey of 1,000 young Ukrainians.
The report offers a strategic overview of Ukraine’s education ecosystem, identifying development opportunities, investment potential, and policy recommendations to help shape a future-ready, resilient education system.
Tech for transformation 2023
As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting Ukraine’s digital reinvention, we played an active role in the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2023 in London.
The dedicated Tech for Transformation track—hosted by Andrew Wrobel—brought together government leaders, investors, and ecosystem actors to explore how technology can drive Ukraine’s recovery, modernisation, and long-term competitiveness. The session highlighted practical pathways for international collaboration, innovation-led growth, and the resilience of Ukraine’s digital sector.

The report is the result of collaborative research conducted with TechUkraine, the Ukrainian Start-up Fund, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, Tech Emerging Europe Advocates, Global Tech Advocates, and TA Ventures.
