The Titanic didn’t sink the way you think. This session introduces the mindset, language, and urgency behind reinvention — and why every founder needs it now.

GIZ: Beyond Borders

Beyond Borders
Disruption is no longer the exception — it’s the environment.
From AI acceleration to economic shocks changing user behaviour to geopolitical uncertainty, today’s founders are building in constant flux. That’s why this masterclass doesn’t just help you launch a start-up — it helps you lead one through uncertainty and disruption.
You’ll learn to:
- Sense early shifts and respond before it’s too late
 - Sharpen your value proposition with clarity that sticks
 - Design smarter business models that hold under pressure
 - Build reinvention systems that adapt as you grow
 - Communicate with clarity — through metrics, stories, and strategic asks

This isn’t a course about perfect plans. It’s about adaptive momentum—the confidence to learn, shift, and lead even when the path changes.
What’s Included:
- Six short video modules to reframe your thinking
 - Five live labs with Andrew Wrobel to crash-test your assumptions and sharpen your direction
 - A practical workbook with tools used by real founders, not just theorists

And that’s not all. All participants also receive:
- Editorial visibility via our media platform — showcasing your startup to a global audience
 - Live pitch session with two VC fund managers — to stress-test your story and get real investor feedback

Reinvention isn’t a buzzword. It’s your survival strategy. And this is where you build it.
This masterclass blends self-paced learning, live peer sessions, and real-world mentorship — all designed to help you build a chaos-proof start-up.
Here’s how it works:
Watch the video
Each session begins with a short video that introduces a core topic—from sharpening your value proposition to designing smarter business models. These videos challenge how you think and prepare you for deeper reflection.
Do the work
After watching the video, dive into the practical exercises in the workbook. These tools help you apply the ideas to your start-up, whether you’re still shaping your first idea or already testing in the market.
Join the live lab
Each day, from Monday to Friday, join your peers for a 90-minute live session on Zoom.
4:30 PM CET/CEST | 3:30 PM GMT/BST
These sessions are your space to:
- Share your reflections and challenges
 - Get feedback on your workbook outputs
 - See how others are solving similar problems in different industries

We bring together founders from diverse verticals because innovation often begins where ideas collide — across sectors, not just within them.
Final pitch session
After the five main sessions, you’ll have the weekend to refine your 5-slide reinvention pitch deck — your story, your strategy, and your next move.
On Monday at the same time, you’ll pitch your start-up in front of two VC fund managers and receive live feedback from the investor seat.
Everything is recorded
All sessions — including the final pitch — will be recorded and shared with you for replay and review.
Session 1 — Ignite the reinvention mindset
Your mindset is your system software. This session helps you catch outdated beliefs early and respond to change before it becomes crisis.
Session 2 — Sharpen your value proposition
You can’t reinvent what you can’t describe. This session sharpens your value proposition so customers understand, remember, and repeat it.
Session 3 — Reinvent your business model
A great product means nothing without the right engine beneath it. This session helps you reinvent how your start-up makes money — before the runway runs out.
Session 4 — Build your reinvention system
Great ideas don’t scale. Systems do. This session equips you to turn reinvention from a panic move into a repeatable rhythm inside your start-up.
Session 5 – Execute and story-tell for resources
Resources flow to clarity. This final session helps you narrate your reinvention story in a way that earns belief, trust, and follow-through from investors, partners, and your team.
