WE HAVE TRAINED AND MENTORED 200+ FOUNDERS

Your Start-up Didn’t Break. It Evolved — and Your Strategy Didn’t Evolve With It.

The moment a company grows, the complexity curve spikes.
Teams expand. Markets shift. The model that once felt sharp now feels scattered.

At this stage, the problem isn’t effort — it’s fragility.

Pricing starts to creak.
Conversion plateaus.
Margins blur.
Decisions slow as teams grow faster than alignment.

Most founders feel it long before they say it out loud: “We’re moving fast… but not forward.”

When that happens, three things are usually true:

Reinvention isn’t a luxury.

It’s the only way to stay ahead of complexity as your company outgrows its original plan.

You Don’t Need More Speed — You Need a Strategy Designed for the Company You’re Leading Now

By the end, you’ll be able to:

Re-evaluate your business model using real signals, not outdated assumptions

Sharpen your value proposition so every team speaks the same language

Rebuild your strategic narrative so investors, customers, and hires “get it” instantly

Install a focus system that eliminates noise and prioritizes what actually moves the business

Make decisions faster and with more confidence — not more meetings

This is not theory.
It’s a strategic recalibration for founders who are building at speed and managing real complexity.

WHAT YOU GET

Everything you need to reinvent your strategy — without guesswork

This isn’t a course.
It’s a strategic operating system for founders navigating complexity.

VC Pitch Room access is limited. Priority is given to founders who register first.
VC Pitch Room: Pressure-test your strategy at a real inflection point

This session is designed for founders approaching meaningful decisions: fundraising, scaling, repositioning, or strategic reset.

You’ll pitch your reinvented narrative to active VCs in a closed, off-record environment — designed for learning, not judgment.

Why this matters:

  • You test your strategy before real investor conversations
  • You see how your story lands with people who fund startups like yours
  • You uncover blind spots founders usually hear too late
  • You enter future pitches with more clarity and leverage
  • You walk away with a pitch that feels natural, tight, and compelling
  • This is feedback most founders only get after a failed round — you get it in advance.

What startup ecosystem leaders say

  • "Andrew’s input is packed with real-world wisdom and energy — exactly what early-stage founders need. He has a rare talent for turning complex business strategy into clear, actionable advice."
    Nedeljko Milosavljević
    PdD, RTTP, Co-director, Labena Ventures
  • "Andrew brings a holistic view to entrepreneurship. His methodology stands out. He takes big, often messy concepts and breaks them into clear, digestible lessons that you can actually apply in your organisation and your day-to-day working habits. Everything connects back to the founder’s journey in a real, usable way. The Masterclass is for any founder who wants clarity, structure, and at the very least, a strong sparring partner on their path."

    Founder, AlphaOmega Foundation

who this is for

Built for founders whose start-up is evolving faster than their strategy

This masterclass is designed for teams who are no longer just “starting up” —
but are now dealing with the real consequences of growth without alignment.

You belong here if:
  • You have a live product and real users
  • You’re seeing cracks in pricing, margins, or conversion
  • Your team is growing and decisions are slowing
  • Speed is increasing — but clarity isn’t

This is especially relevant if you are:

Refining your model before Series A, redesigning value around real user behaviour – ir rethinking what “scale” should look like for your company.

If you’re still exploring ideas, this is not the right programme — yet.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this masterclass right for me?

Who is this masterclass designed for?
This masterclass is designed for founders with a live product and real momentum whose startup is evolving faster than their strategy.
It’s built for teams dealing with model fragility, growing internal complexity, and decisions that now have real cost — not for idea exploration.
I’m early-stage. Is this too advanced for me?
If you’re still exploring ideas or validating whether to build — yes, this will be too early.
If you have a validated problem, real users or experiments, and are now asking “what now?”, you’ll get strong value — especially if you want to avoid scaling misalignment later. This is not a beginner programme. It’s a strategy sprint for founders with skin in the game.
I’m Series A. Is this too basic for me?
No — Series A is one of the most common and relevant stages for this programme. This is often when complexity spikes, teams grow faster than alignment, and early assumptions start to break. The reinvention sprint is designed precisely for this moment.
What outcomes should I expect by the end of the 5 days?
By the end of the 5 days, founders with a live product and real signals will leave with:
  • A sharpened value proposition grounded in real user insight
  • A clearer, more resilient business model
  • A strategic narrative that aligns team and investors
  • A founder-led operating system for clarity under pressure
  • A concrete 90-day reinvention plan
  • Optional: real-time VC feedback on your pitch
Does this help with fundraising or pitching?
Yes — and it’s often most valuable when founders are preparing for fundraising or participating in an accelerator. Many accelerators and ecosystem partners recommend this sprint because it strengthens the strategy behind the pitch: clearer value, tighter models, and stronger narrative alignment. Founders don’t just improve how they pitch — they improve what they’re pitching.
Can this run alongside my accelerator or incubator programme?
Absolutely. Accelerator managers regularly send founders to this masterclass because it strengthens clarity, narrative, and model work — the parts accelerators often don’t have time to go deep on.

How does the week actually work?

What time do the live labs take place each day?
Live labs run between 3–5pm GMT (London/Lisbon).
How long is each session, and how much extra work is required?
Expect 90 minutes per session/day, plus 45-60 minutes of optional applied work. Total: around 2–3 hours per day.
What if I can’t attend a session live?
All sessions are recorded and uploaded the same day. You’ll still receive guidance and can submit your work for feedback.
What tools or platforms do we use for sessions and materials?
  • Zoom for live labs
  • DF templates for frameworks
  • Slack for discussion
  • Your own user account on Reinvantage for replays and access to resources
No complicated setup required.

What happens on VC Pitch Day and how do I prepare?

When is the VC Pitch Day, and how does it work?
Pitch Day takes place on the Monday after the five core days (February 2-6). For the next cohort, Pitch Day will take place on February 9. Pitch Day takes place on the Monday after the five core days (February 2-6). For the next cohort, Pitch Day will take place on February 9.
You deliver your narrative and model in a no-stakes, off-record session with real investors.
Do I need a pitch deck, or is it more about the narrative?
Yes, you need a pitch deck, ideally based on the guidelines provided on Day 5.
Who is in the room during Pitch Day?
A curated group of active VCs, who evaluate founders regularly.
Will I receive real-time feedback from the VCs?
Yes. You’ll receive constructive, founder-friendly feedback on clarity, narrative strength, and investor resonance — insights most founders only get after a failed pitch.

Can I join alone or with my team?

Can my co-founder or team members join the masterclass?
Yes — two co-founders can join if you acquire the Team Pass. Many founders participate together for alignment.
What if my team is misaligned or we disagree on strategy?
Then this is the perfect environment.
The reinvention process helps teams find a shared narrative, clearer priorities, and a unified direction.
Do I need traction or revenue to benefit from this?
No — the method works even without revenue.
If you have early signals, a prototype, or a defined problem, you’ll gain clarity and direction immediately.

What do I get access to, and what’s the commitment?

Do I keep access to replays and materials?
You retain 12-month access to all recordings, frameworks, and templates.
Do I need to submit anything before Day 1?
No formal submission. Bringing your pitch deck, value prop, or current model is helpful but optional.
Is there a refund or satisfaction policy?
Yes — if after Day 1 you feel the programme isn’t right for you, you can request a full refund by 12:00 GMT on the next day.
Zero risk. High clarity upside.
