All Reinvantage reports, books, and other digital products are delivered electronically immediately after purchase. Because digital content cannot be “returned” once accessed, we do not offer refunds once an order has been completed and the file or access link has been delivered.

We encourage you to review the product description, sample pages, or teaser version before purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

However, if you experience a technical issue (for example, you did not receive your download link, or the file is corrupted), please contact our support team at office@reinvantage.org within 7 days of purchase.

We’ll ensure you receive working access to your product promptly.

In exceptional cases — such as duplicate purchases made in error — refunds may be issued once verified.
