Our social purpose

Reinvantage Limited is a UK-registered social enterprise. 

Our purpose is to advance innovation, inclusion, and sustainable economic development — helping communities, ecosystems, and organisations build long-term reinvention capacity. 

We trade commercially, but we exist for public benefit. Our profits are reinvested to expand access to education, entrepreneurship, and future-readiness across Europe and beyond. 

Our social enterprise commitments

Trading for a social purpose: Every project we take on advances future relevance, innovation, inclusion, or sustainable growth.

Transparency and accountability: We publish our Articles of Association and impact data each year.

Impact measurement: We prepare a social impact statement annually, reviewed by our directors and shared publicly.

Profit reinvestment: The majority of our surpluses are reinvested into research, education, and capacity-building.

Mission lock: Our Articles restrict profit distribution and prevent ownership changes that would undermine our purpose.
