How it works

The programme unfolds in two stages:

  • Online, self-paced learning: Video sessions, plenty of reflection, and self-assessments (4 hours).
  • In-person workshops in Tirana: Market-specific, practical sessions with roleplays, mock pitches, and peer learning taking place in the week of November 24, 2025.

You’ll also leave with a full toolkit templates, glossaries, diagnostics, and strategy maps—to apply directly in your company.
